Intense Pulsed Light (IPL)

Intense pulsed light (IPL) is one of the most modern and less aggressive treatments for rejuvenation of thin wrinkles, solar spots and couperose. The big novelty is that this light radiation rejuvenates the skin without causing any type of burn or cutaneous injury.

The IPL promotes a highly effective cutaneous rejuvenation through the increase of collagen synthesis which improves the elasticity, clears and increases the brightness of the skin. It may also be applied to photo-aging injuries of the skin in the eyelids, face, neck and neckline as well as in the treatment of spots in the back of the hands. It is the ideal treatment for those that have a very active life and cannot spend time with long recoveries.

The best results are normally achieved with 4 to 6 treatment sessions with 3 week intervals and each session takes approximately 20 minutes.
