Francisco Manuel Mora de Ibérico Nogueira was born in Coimbra, where he studied at primary school, high school and university.

In 1976 he concluded his university degree in Medicine and Surgery at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Coimbra.

After conclusion of his university degree, he was an intern at the Hospital of the University of Coimbra and subsequently undertook a post-graduation in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, at Clínica Fluminense of Plastic Surgery, where he had his specialty internship that was concluded in 1983 with the title of specialist in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery as registered in the Regional Medicine Council of Rio de Janeiro.

In 1984, Dr. Ibérico Nogueira returned to Portugal and initiated his surgical activity on a private regime at the Lisbon British Hospital, where he carried out his medical and surgical practice during approximately 11 years.
In 1985 he founded his own institution, Clínica Ibérico Nogueira.

During 30 years of surgical activity, Dr. Ibérico Nogueira has acquired a vast and extensive experience in aesthetic and reconstructive surgery.

In the course of his professional experience he has played an important role in the national and international disclosure of various surgical and non-surgical techniques in the context of this specialty.
